COP26 in Art! Some of our students have been exploring images from COP26 in their artwork this week. Here's an excellent example from Disney Walker in Y9. Well done, Disney!
Dance House 2021: Students from the academy were lucky enough to be asked to perform at the Dance House event on Tuesday 2 November at The Alexandra Theatre, Bognor Regis. This is the first theatre performance that the students have been able to participate in since the beginning of the pandemic. The students were a credit to The Littlehampton Academy during rehearsals and the actual performance, in the theatre and backstage. The dancers are very much looking forward to their next performance opportunity. Well done to all the students involved.
Remembrance Day: On Thursday the whole academy took part in a two minute silence. The Last Post was played and both students and staff stood silently outside to remember the end of the First World War and the men and women who have served and continue to serve during times of conflict and peace.
Punctuality Raffle: Our weekly raffle took place on Tuesday with all students that arrived on time to all their lessons being entered into the draw to win a £5 voucher. Congratulations to Harry Carn 7DDA, Megan Hasted 10SCP and Abigail Wallace 11KJO.
